Bizad won more shields for this year's Rag & Flag.

There are 4 shields:
1) Chancellor's Shield (Overall Champion)
2) Vice Chancellor's Shield for Total Flag Collection
3) Best Float Design
4) Best Per Capita Collection

Actually, I feel last year's float was better than this year's. But we got super pathetic few shields last year. If we can get it this year...hmm~dunno why we cant get it last year. That's something many people wonder about too. But anyway, this year's float not so bad after all.
