haha too bored at home...kareen hasnt sms me yet...guess wat?
I bored till I'm doing research to gain weight~ yes!to GAIN weight~
It's not easy to gain weight...it's seems to be easier to loss weight than gain weight..
determination and perseverance don't work for those who are gaining weight...
haha ask around...probably those who have been skinny for years have been trying different ways to gain weight...
These were some of the ways I tried since PRI sch:
1) when I was P5--> a mac meal on every Saturday
2) sec sch --> weight gaining chocolate milk powder (it's yucky)
3) joining track and field in sec sch ( exercise works~u will tend to eat more after exercising..however once u stop exercising and with the same amount of food that u eat...u will actually gain some weight)
4) some said eating cereal at night will gain weight (it doesnt work for me)
5) eat more n more rice (it's really tiring)
6)currently--> an unhealthy lifestyle --> supper at night (fats goes to the tummy!)
7) drink milk since young
due to high metabolic rate...we jus have to eat much more meals than others~hey it's not a luxury k~haha...sometimes it get really tired of it...it became a task not an enjoyment...and at the same time u will just be worried that maybe a few years down the road due to ur current diet, ur size will blow up just like a balloon..............
